The course is structured for serious students who wish to memorize the Quran, and to cultivate a generation of young Muslims from the non-Arabic speaking community who hold the Holy Quran in their hearts, understand its core message, recite it beautifully, and embody its teachings in their daily lives.
Upon successful completion of this two-year program, the student will be able to:
Memorize the entire Holy Quran by heart.
Recite the Quran fluently from memory and by sight, applying all the rules of Tajweed.
Demonstrate a strong theoretical and practical understanding of Makharij (articulation points), Sifat (attributes of letters), and other advanced Tajweed rules.
Understand the basic meaning of common Quranic vocabulary and simple verses.
Lead prayers (Salah) correctly and confidently.
Exhibit strong Islamic character, manners (Adab), and discipline.
Code of Conduct
All students are expected to adhere to the institute's code of conduct, which includes:
Punctuality and regular attendance.
Modest Islamic attire.
Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students.
Maintaining the cleanliness and sanctity of the learning space.
A positive and sincere attitude towards learning the Book of Allah.
Prerequisites:
Age: 7 years and above.
Ability to read the Quran (looking at the text), even if slowly. A preliminary course (Qa'idah) will be recommended for those who cannot.
A strong commitment from both the student and their parents.
A successful admission interview.
Gender Segregation: Strictly separate classes, facilities, and staff will be maintained for boys and girls at all centers.
Materials Required:
15-line Quran Mushaf (script common in the Middle East).
A personal notebook for Tajweed rules.
A lesson planner/diary.
Parental Involvement: Regular parent-teacher meetings will be held to discuss the student's progress. Parents are expected to support their child at home by creating a conducive learning environment and ensuring they revise daily.

Course Title: Two-Year Full-Time Hifz Al-Quran Program
Duration: Two (2) Academic Years
Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday – Thursday

Target Audience: Boys and Girls (aged 7 years and above) from non-Arabic speaking backgrounds, with a focus on the Indian community.
Language of Instruction: Malayalam, Urdu, with extensive use of Arabic for Quranic terminology.

Hifz (Memorization): Systematic memorization of all 30 Juz of the Quran.
Tilawah (Recitation): Daily practice to improve fluency and melody.
Tajweed (Recitation Rules): Theoretical and practical mastery of the rules of recitation.
Basic Arabic Grammar: Foundational understanding of Quranic Arabic to aid memorization and comprehension.
Tarbiyah (Islamic Manners & Ethics): Character development based on Quranic teachings and the Sunnah.
Curriculum
The two-year program is divided into four semesters. The memorization plan is structured to be achievable and includes constant revision.
Year 1: Foundation & Advancement
Semester 1 (Months 1-6)
Hifz: Juz′ 30, 29, 28, and Surah Al-Fatiha. Focus on building a strong and confident start.
Tajweed: Introduction to Tajweed. The Arabic Alphabet: Correct pronunciation of each letter from its Makhraj (articulation point). Basic rules of NoonSakinah and Tanwin.
Arabic: Quranic Alphabet recognition, writing, and vowel signs (Harakat).
Tarbiyah: The Five Pillars of Islam, stories of major prophets, basic Duas (supplications) for daily life.
Semester 2 (Months 7-12)
Hifz: Begin memorization from Surah Al-Baqarah onwards (approx. 7-8 Juz′).
Tajweed: The rules of MeemSakinah. The rules of Qalqalah. The various types of Madd (elongation).
Arabic: Introduction to basic nouns, pronouns, and simple prepositions found in the Quran.
Tarbiyah: The life of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) - Meccan Period. Importance of respecting parents and elders.
Year 2: Consolidation & Mastery
Semester 3 (Months 13-18)
Hifz: Continue memorization from where left off (approx. 10 Juz′).
Tajweed: Advanced rules of Madd. The rules of Waqf (stopping) and Ibtida′ (starting). The attributes of the letters (Sifatal−Huruf).
Arabic: Basic sentence structure (verb, subject, object). Understanding root words.
Tarbiyah: The life of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) - Medinan Period. Stories of the Sahabah (Companions).
Semester 4 (Months 19-24)
Hifz: Completion of the remaining Juz′.
Revision: This semester's primary focus is the complete and thorough revision of the entire Quran.
Tajweed: Comprehensive review of all rules. Practical application in reciting long passages.
Arabic: Review and consolidation of all Arabic grammar concepts taught.
Tarbiyah: Understanding the major themes of the Quran. The importance of putting knowledge into practice.

Tarbiyah & Dismissal
A short lesson on Islamic manners, a story, or a moral reminder, followed by the Du'a for dismissal.
Assessment and Evaluation
Daily: Teachers assess each student's Sabaq, Sabqi, and Murajaea and provide immediate feedback.
Weekly: A short oral test on the total new memorization of the week.
Monthly: A test covering all new lessons for the month, plus a portion of the old revision.
Semester Exams: Comprehensive oral and written exams covering the memorized portions and all Tajweed rules taught.
Final Examination: Upon completion of the Quran, a final, comprehensive oral exam will be conducted by a panel of qualified scholars to certify the student as a Hafiz/Hafizah of the Quran.
